WHEN BOLD MEET COLOURS - WINTER OUTFIT PART 3

Lately I've been to busy, and there lots more on going thing that i have to keep up.. Finally i can finish this article as my baby is still sleeping at the moment. I just wanna keep it simple since i have to also write another article after this one.

It was few days ago when this picture is taken. I am glad enough i can finally make my own picture without depending too much on my husband and also my official photographer (apparently he turn into my official photographer few days ago..LOL). Glad enough i had them with me as a team to support me through out my fashion blogging journey. But of course the quality of my picture is not gonna be so damn good as compare to their camera because i am just using this small little compact camera from samsung model DV150f

I was in Brussels last Tuesday, just for little treatment at my favourite shop MeltingPotKilo just to look around and making some picture for my coming soon article later. I have lots of fun and yes.. just before i returned home, i manage to find one street side with a good view.

I'm mixing it between bold for my top and little bit of striking colour on my shoes. but at the same time i want to make it simple but yet attractive  (in my eyes).. I don't know if u like it. The best accessories that everyone can have is colour!! Some picture below that maybe u would like to see.. and may inspired you.

On that day ive decided to put on
My new sneakers : Nike Air Max 90
Inner wear : Polo Ralph Lauren Shirt
Knitwear : Esprit
Denim : Low Revel Skinny Cut
Jacket : oh my dress
Handbag : MichealKors
Scarf :  Zara

WHAT I WORE TODAY - SPRING OUTFIT FOR WINTER

Playing dress up some spring outfit today to visit my grandparents in Brussels. As the weather forecast showed today is going to be a sunny day. As i thought why not wearing those cloth.. haha but then end up shrinking myself to the bone. But never a failure always a lesson next time!!

Decided to put on myself my vintage 80s dress makmak i bought last 2 years  ago during my first visit in Paris. Only today had a chance to have worn them because this dress is one of the item i left in KL. Lucky enough i got it back during my holiday in KL!! Yay!!

Although is already been 2 years, but i still can remember the exact name of the shop. It call kilo-shop. It a second hand:vintage shop which is selling thousands of their item in kilo. variety kind of item from different type of label from women to men is all there!! It a place where i would call vintage heaven!! Basically i can just choose what i want, then i weight myself and then pay it at the counter!! as simple as that!!

Here is some picture of how i paired my vintage 80s dress by putting on some modern element in it. Maybe this could help you if inspired by having or buying this type of dress or you have some vintage outfit but yet you are not sure how to pick and mix! Or some for your spring look later!!

P/s : Hello pretty-cake.be your mini van is so beautiful just like your company name!! Here i throw u some beautiful picture of your mini van and giving you some free advertisement!!

ETRA LESS KILO SPRING OUTFIT PART 1

Hahaha.. never finished with this less kilo stuff.. hahah but as i know living in Europe.. sometimes in 1 day  can have some many different type of weather. Heavy rain in the morning, then in the afternoon turn out to be sunny and then in the evening is snowing.. aihhhh i always have to worry about what i have to put on.. this and that.. arghhhh..so headache.. But as of today, wow!!! it was full of surprise!! I woke up early in the morning and yeahhhh.. Finally!! 10 degree or maybe many more!! spring sunny day weather again. So I've freshen up, and choosing the best outfit i can put on. Dress up, tidy up, make up, and then.. Haha of coz picture of my outfit. Thanks to my hubby... he willing to help me with it.

I myself preferred to dress up in simple, but yet trendy, chic and stylish. I loves being feminine whenever i dress up but then i always trying not to have that much look because i think sometimes being girly and feminine is little to aging and boring. As an example dress with pair of high heel..ahhhh is boring and conservative.. So i trying to keep those element and mixing it up with my casual of life style differently.

As per image below, there some of my outfit that u might like and inspired. It doesn't have to be the same as what i had, and u just have to know and play with mix and match. Some of the link i show later u might interested to look at!! happy browsing all!!

Decided myself to play dress up with:
Denim zara ripped boyfriend cut
Top :zara shirt cat (my top is from the last season by zara). I am planning of buying this shirt from this link next week
Sandal :Birkenstock gizeh
Handbag : dkny quilt leather flap (Is almost similar to mine)
Statement necklace : claires
Perfect combination of all the item ive pick up from each different store!!

MY DIY PINK MAFIA STRAIGHT CUT DRESS VS MY BRUSSELS FASHION DAYS OUTFIT OOTD

Previously 3 weeks ago I've told myself, 1000 followers on instagram then only i will write a new entry on my blog!! Until then yes!!! I thought is been almost a month without any update here and fuhh!! what a journey!! and my followers on Instagram is reach 1k yesterday!! I am so happy, glad and thankful! One of the reason  because most of my new followers are Belgian!  Yes perhaps i can make new contact more with local people over here. Thousand thanks to all my followers in there who keep supporting by following, liking as well commenting every picture i have put in there.

Btw let's talk about the topic eh! as in the title above!LOL! Hahah!! What not to be proud when i am myself, imagining, cutting, designing, tailoring, sewing and wearing my own entire DIY outfit. Obviously it
was also my first experience designing a dress and it's so lucky me because it turn out pretty good! This dress i am specially made for myself to attend Brussels fashion Days last month.

Usually straight cutting dress are the most easiest outfit to design. This is because the length between the shoulder, and from shoulder to the waist is the only part that u have to concern more during the measurement process or sometimes it doesn't have to be at all. It's all depends on what u want and need. But in my case, yes!! i do care in some part. Believe it or not! i did cut this dress without any pattern! Just some measurement on my shoulder to chest part, and from my chest part to my waist area. That it! It was a battle and in case if is wouldn't turn good, i bought extra fabrics! Haha..

It took me one whole day non stop to prepare this outfit. Some part as usually i hand sewing, The most special part in the collar area where i have mix some of my Malay culture tradition ethnic hand embroidery it call jahit mata lalat. (thanks to my mum who thought me how to do this on my previous life) 5hrs i spend my time just for that. Its crazy isn't it? But again in my another perception? Why not? I am fashion lover and for me real fashionista sometimes have to know how to design, tailor and sewing their own outfit..

How i defined myself when i wore this outfits?? Phewww it's hard to say... when i have to make my own judgement about my own outfit. But i received comment from the instagrammers (those who saw me during that event) mentioning 'super stylish'... and etc. Anyway i am not gonna talk much and i just wanna let all this picture speaks some words for me.

Picture taken last week in the studio by my usual favourite photographer Bram. After all! It was a great experience! hahah! from designing till photo shooting i am feeling like i am a real designer. I hope u guys enjoy every picture i have upload here. I am looking forward for my another post in my next coming soon Christmas/new year project! and hey next time is being duo! Stay tune guys!! xx
